Fast Delivery We are open Monday - Sunday and do our best to pack all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, but occasionally there will be busy days or holidays when this won't be possible. 
We dispatch orders via Royal Mail 1st class post if under 100g (untracked) anything over 100g goes via MyHermes which is tracked using your postcode on their website.

Overseas Deliveries  Yes, we deliver to anywhere in the world.  When in the checkout, click on your destination and the additional charge will be added for tracked and signed for postage.  We dispatch using a regular airmail service, so please allow 7-30 days for delivery, depending on destination.

Please note that where customs import duties apply, they are for the customer's own costs.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a UK business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement, where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. FAQ's

What is your delivery time?
We aim to pack every order within 24 hours of having received it (Mon - Fri), and use First Class post or MyHermes to dispatch orders to customers within the UK. This means that if we receive your order first thing on Monday morning, you should have it by Wednesday with any luck. 

Overseas customers, we dispatch using a regular airmail service, which is signed and tracked, so please allow 7-30 days for delivery, depending on where you live. 

Do you offer Free Delivery?  No, there is a postage charge on all orders.  Occassionally tho I will offer free shipping exclusively to subscribers of my newsletters.

I need it urgently! 
I don't drink Redbull but I do often seem to have wings, so if you really need something by a particular date, please write it in the 'comments' field or drop an email to [email protected]  after you have placed the order, and we will do our very best for you. We can't promise 100% success, particulary if it has to be made first, but I will certainly try.

What is your returns policy?
I want you to be totally happy with your online purchases, so if there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days) on [email protected] or +44 (0)7778 397364 and I will do everything I can to resolve it.

Can I return one of your products if I bought it in a shop?
In the first instance, please return the item to the shop, along with your proof of purchase and original packaging. However, if the matter remains unresolved, please do feel free to contact us.

Yes, we deliver to anywhere in the world.
