JEWELLERY CARE

_MATERIALS USED_
~ Silver Plated - copper plated with silver, which is nickel and lead free with a non tarnish coating.
~ Copper - 100% copper, usually oxidised.
~ Sterling Silver - 925 means there is a small percentage of other metals.
~ Fine Silver - 99.99% means there is 0.01% of other metals present.
n.b. Sterling and fine silver orders are not hallmarked, due to the nature of the make up of the item. However I do supply a certificate of authentication.

__ CARE INSTRUCTIONS __
~ In order to keep your lovely jewellery in tip top condition, we recommend you keep your items out of contact with chemicals, liquids, strong perfumes, body creams, water (no showering or swimming in the sea or pool with it on!), sweat (take it off when exercising!) and prolonged sunlight.
~ Store in a dark, dry container when not in use, preferably separate from other jewellery.

~ Cleaning with a gently cloth is advisable.

~ I recommend Town Talk Silver Sparkle to give your silver jewellery a thorough clean along with a silver polishing cloth, if it has started to oxidise.

Over time and if not stored correctly, Silver plate and fine silver will take on gold tinge, sterling silver will darken, as will the oxidised copper.

Please note, due to the nature of the make up of my jewellery, sterling silver and fine silver is not hallmarked (apart from the sterling silver ear wires), however I do supply a certificate of authentication from my silver supplier.  If I was to hallmark, it would ruin the overall look of the piece.

__ TROUBLESHOOTING__

~ Occasionally you may get your spiral necklaces and bracelets tangled up, because of the nature of the spirals this can be unavoidable.  So I have created this video, to help you to understand how to untangle them.
